Bulk Uploader Fields List

For the Bulk Uploader: Title, (Starting Bid or Buy It Now Price [or Spot Gold Price and Percent for Coins Only]) and Category are required.
For the StampWants API (LIST Command): Title, (Starting Bid or Buy It Now Price [or Spot Gold Price and Percent for Coins Only]), Category, Duration, Shipping Cost, Shipping Service, Zip and Payments Accepted (or enable either PayPal, Google Checkout and/or MoneyBookers fields) are required.

If you are listing an auction this field cannot be blank and must be a positive number greater than zero. If you are listing a Fixed Price Item, or a Store Item you can leave this field blank. |
| Buy It Now Price | Decimal Number (must be greater than zero for fixed price and store listings) | This is the buy it now price for your listing. If you are listing an auction this field is optional and can be left blank, but if used must be greater than your starting price. If you are listing a fixed price or store item this field is cannot be blank and must be a positive number greater than zero. |
| Category | Integer Number (must be a valid Category Code, as found on the Category Code page, or a Magic Category Code as explained on the StampWants Bulk Uploader help page). | This field is required and is the main category which your item will be listed in. |

| Upload Picture Name | Text (File Name) (Multiple values can be separated by a ; [semicolon]) | The name of the image, with extension, which you will upload after you upload your Bulk Upload file. For example: c3a-1.jpg . Only use this field if you are not specifying an Image URL (the preferred method to include your images). If you do use this field, after your upload your bulk upload file, be sure to click on the Upload Your Images link on the Bulk Upload page before you activate your listings. This will allow you to select all the images on your computer which are needed for your listings. Note: You cannot use both this field and the Image URL field in the same file |

For Seller's located in the United States this will be the shipping and handling to Canada and Mexico. For sellers located in Canada or Mexico this will be the shipping and handling to the United States. If this field is left blank, the domestic shipping and handling rate will be used. |

| Shipping Discount | Y or N or 1 or 0 | Select this option if you want to allow your Combined Shipping Discount on this item. Just enter Y or 1 for yes, and N or 0 for no. The actual rate can be set on your Account Details page. If this field is left blank, as well as the Default Settings left blank, then Y (yes) is used by default. |

| Private ID | Text (255 Characters Max, No HTML) | This is an optional Private ID, which you may assign to your item. This can be a sku or any other unique code which identifies your item to you. If used this field MUST BY UNIQUE from all of your other active listings, and it is your responsibility to ensure that it is unique. This private id will not be displayed to anyone except you. It will be displayed under the auction id number on the Items I'm Selling page, as well as in sold item notification emails. You can also use this private id in place of the auction id when referencing your listings in Bulk Edits and Bulk Deletes (this feature is coming soon). |

| Spot Gold Percent | Decimal (105.00 = 105% of Spot Gold) | Only applicable to store items listed in a coin category. If you would like the price of your item to be based upon a certain fixed price amount, plus a percent of spot gold (1 ounce) you may use the Spot Gold Price and Spot Gold Percent fields. You must leave the Buy It Now price blank, and the Spot Gold Percent must not be blank. The Spot Gold Percent represents the percent of Spot Gold to add to the fixed price specified in the Spot Gold Price field. For example if you would like to have the price of your 1/2oz Gold Coin to be $75 over spot you would set the Spot Gold Price to "75.00" and the Spot Gold Percent to "50.00" (for 50% of Spot Gold). Currently these fields are only available when listing in U.S. Dollars. |
