When I first became a stamp collector, I thought that anything issued after 1950 was a new issue. Guess that attitude is still with me. Most of what you will find here will be older, quality stamps with occasional exceptions. On shipping: I do not try to make any money off of shipping, so my shipping prices will always reflect very closely my cost to ship an item. Most items will have free shipping after the first item bought. Exceptions would be heavy items or expensive items needing insurance.
