Motivation.  Over the years I have accumulated over 9,000 duplicates and stamps that just don't fit into any of my current collections.  Thus I am selling all of these extras to raise money to buy more stamps.  I am retired and have plenty of free time, so I can generally ship within a day or two of receiving payment.

Pricing.  My prices are usually set to approximately 50% of the Scott 2007 catalogue value.  I am not here to make a living, so I am pricing stamps to sell.  If you think a stamp is worth less than I am offering, especially with regard to poor centering or used stamps, then by all means make a best offer.

Shipping Costs.  My shipping charges generally cover the cost of shipping materials, postage, and fees for most items.  I don't charge shipping on additional items shipped together because it usually doesn't cost me anything more to combine items for shipping.

Payments.  If you buy more than one lot, then please pay for them all together, as that minimizes the payment fees I am charged.  If you are like me, and sometimes decide to buy another item after paying for earlier items, then please go ahead and pay the additional item(s) and shipping.  If I haven't already packaged your previous purchase(s), then I will refund the additional shipping charges and I won't worry about the extra payment fees ( PayPal charges me $0.30 plus 2.9% for every payment ) ( I understand that Google Checkout and MoneyBookers charges are a bit smaller, but PayPal seems to be the more convenient payment method ).  If you pay with MoneyBookers, then please send me a message saying so, as MoneyBookers does not tell me you have made a payment.  If you don't like electronic payments, and you are in the USA, then I will accept USPS money orders.
