Please Note: Used and CTO stamps may be previously hinged. Stock images may be used for items priced less than $10.00. For items listed at $10.00 or more, the pictured item is the item you will receive unless the item's description states otherwise.
Payment:
Payment is due within 10 days of purchase. We accept personal checks drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. Funds, money orders payable in U.S. funds, and PayPal. Checks and money orders accepted from US customers only. When PayPal is used, the PayPal address and StampWants addresses must match. We do not accept cash. Please make checks and money orders payable to Minnephila. Checks may be held for collection at our discretion.
Shipments to Minnesota require 7.275% sales tax.
Shipping/handling/insurance/registration:
Unless otherwise described (large or bulky items are more), shipping is charged as follows:
$1.50 to U.S. (registration, if desired, is extra) $2.00 to Canada (registration, if desired, is extra) $3.00 to Others (registration, if desired, is extra)
Unless otherwise noted in the description, all items purchased within a five day period, paid for in a single payment, and shipped together are covered by one shipping and handling charge.
For overseas orders, registration is recommended. Please email for cost.
Returns:
Any item (with a few exceptions-see below) that is not as described may be returned within 10 days of receipt provided the material returned is what we sent in the condition we sent it. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the item was not as described.
Some lots may be described as "Not Returnable" or "As Is." This means the lot is not returnable for any reason. Also, lots described as having faults are not returnable.
