1946 Soviet Zone Michel Block 3B (Sawtooth perf) 35 Euros Mint, 70 MNH
Imperf is Block 3A, 20 Euros Unused. (Don't know off-hand what condition is meant by asterisk in parentheses (*).
Block 3B is valued in * and ** condition. :?
