Category Box in user newsletters

Is it possible to edit or change the category box when sending user emails? I like the catagory box in the email but I would prefer not to have US stamps at the top, and instead I would like to have one of the areas where I do list a lot at the top of the catagory box. Also the box puts the US stamps and categories at the top, but the words US or US stamp do not appear at all in the box. I have around 2200 items in my store with only 33 US and I would prefer to highlight other countries.

Currently the categories are only the main categories on StampWants, which are the same as the categories listed on the StampWants homepage. We may change this in the future after the launch of the NEW StampWants. After that, remind me again and I'll try to get to it sooner.
