I'd like to bring up an issue that I have noticed several times. Let's say that I bought 20 items from somebody, and for one of those items I bought a quantity of 2.
On the invoices, it shows the item I bought two of, and a quantity of 2, but only shows the price for one. So if you add up the amounts shown it will not add up to the total amount (which is correct).
I just received an order from somebody where this happened, and I only got one of the item that I ordered two of. On the invoice, it shows the item name, the price, and out to the right there's a tiny little two, which is indistinguishable from the little tiny 1's unless you're looking closely. (As an aside, how can we make our invoices print in a larger font?) I'm just guessing, but I bet the seller thought that I had only ordered one, since the amount for just one is shown. All in all, this is confusing.
Couldn't there be some way to show the extra amount, like listing the item two times, or showing 2 times the amount?
Thanks,
burger
