Here in Texas, we have a nifty little gadget that can be bought at the surplus stores for those who cut across grassy medians to get out of traffic, sisters-in-law that park in front of our mailbox, family members who think our house (aka study room) is a hostel...

...it's called a landmine.

That's why you were stepping on stamps in the dark... you were sidestepping the mines....

Need more info about the "nifty little gadget"... I might need to borrow it...

Yes, you did, and they are soooooo cute!

I have a 6 yr old granddaughter who is a bird nut... knows her birds... takes pictures of them... so I thought I would make up a special little album of bird stamps for her... just bought a bunch here... (forgot about all the ones I already have.) Just have to find album posts to fit these little vario sheets that I bought from the PO way back when... and make the binder as none are available for these little sheets... unless someone know something I don't

They measure 8.75 by 7 and are 2-holed

Dianne ---

If you have one of those adjustable hole punchers (the table top kind where you can move the posts to any position) you could repunch the margins of your sheets. At 7" tall, I guess you would have to decide whether you want the pages on the top two rings of a standard binder . . or on the bottom two.

Or maybe you have the old fashioned hand-held hole punchers, like we used to carry as paperboys :) and could punch a hole wherever you want it!

I hope you can scrounge up some album posts . . . but there are probably other ways around it == you could even attach your own punched margin strip to the pages.

Well, Dave, I think you solved it. I got a little 2-ring binder that holds my seller sheets and punched a hole in the center, the other two holes are much larger than the one I punched but it seems to work. The sheets are little dwarfed on the top and bottom but I believe that will work! Thanks!

Gotta' figure out how to make the whole bigger, its a bugger punching through all those layers of the sheet and my hole puncher is much smaller... but it'll work.

Thank you once again

Hey, KBT ------

Speaking of the Future of Philately . . .

. . . are you taking those two little stars with you to the Great Lakes Dunes First Day of Issue ceremony??

They'd remember that a lot longer than a day at preschool! :)
