Staffa

The word "postage" would lead one to believe that this is a postage stamp, but is it? (I do know that Staffa is one of the Scottish islands in the Hebrides.)

Many of the Scottish isles have issued "stamps". Some are used for local postal service on the island or for delivering mail to the mainland. Others are simply souvenirs from the islands and still others are intended to raise funds for natural wildlife refuges on some islands.

The stamps are bogus, though some do collect them.
