Status Inactive Stamp Issuing Entities (SISIES). That's what I deal with. Back in the day before the Berlin Wall came down, and when Yugoslavia was what it was at the end of WW I, I decided that it was pointless to collect modern, stamp-issuing countries because you could never complete your collection. So I decided to collect SISIES. So when I started sharing my finds with other collectors (i.e., selling) I naturally emphasized SISIES. Now some SISIES are not SISIES any more. Ah, well...
