Heritage Auction Galleries - 2009 June NY Signature Rare Stamps Auction

A trio of superb rare stamp collections will anchor a special Heritage/Bennett New York City Auction, June 2-3 (with a non-floor session online on June 4) at the Four Seasons Hotel in Midtown, 57 E. 57th Street. This is the first Signature Rare Stamps Auction since Heritage Auctions and Matthew Bennett International joined forces last March to create a rare stamps authority, and the hobby of Philately has been waiting to see what bounty the partnership would yield. The auction will feature three world class collections the Richard Pounder USA Possessions Collection, the Harvey Tilles Gold Medal Award Winning Exhibit Collection Prevention of Postal Fraud and Deceit and the Lawrence Cohen Collection of 1923 Harding Memorial Issue with a supporting cast of several hundred high-quality PSE-Graded High-Quality Stamps.

This is not a regular bidStart auction, it is part of a Public Auction being run by HeritageStamps. Even if you bid higher than the Current Bid you may not win this auction because your bid will be used as an absentee bid during the Public Auction scheduled to take place. During the Public Auction, you may still be outbid by other absentee bidders or by bidders on the floor. If you are the winner of this auction you will be notified after the auction closes.

This auction is also subject to a 19.50 % Buyer's Premium which will be added to your bid if you win.

Payment Details
Lots delivered in the States of Texas, (and California for coins) or any other state where the auction is held, are subject to all applicable state and local taxes, unless appropriate permits are on file with us. For fastest delivery upon receipt of funds, you should pay with a bank wire, cashiers check or bank money orders, or have previously arranged credit with Heritage. Payments can be made via eCheck, although payments via personal or corporate checks may be held 5 days or more for the funds to clear prior to shipping. Payments with credit cards (Visa and Master Card only, up to $10,000 from non-dealers at our discretion) must be shipped to the billing address on the credit card for all new customers (some restrictions apply). If the address we have for you doesn't match the credit card address, the shipment will be held and you will be notified. Payments can be made by PayPal and Google Checkout (up to $10,000 from non-dealers at our discretion). See item #24-33 in our Terms & Conditions.
