I'm Terry Woods from Hamilton, Scotland, and a founder member of the Scottish Postal History Society, I have also been the Secretary and auctioneer for the society. I'm a collector of Scottish Postal History specializing in the county of Lanarkshire (excluding the city of Glasgow) and current editor of "The Scottish Post" the journal of the Scottish Postal History Society. I'm also a member of the following stamp clubs the Caledonian Philatelic Society, I am a past-President and I'm currently the Exchange Packet Secretary and Webmaster. The Lanarkshire Philatelic Society of which I have been President, Treasurer and Librarian. The Alba Stamp Group. In the past I have been a member of the following The British Airmail Society, The London & Provincial Stamp Club, The Spanish Main and the International Chilean Philatelic Society.

I have been collecting stamps for about 50 years and postal history for about 30 years during that time I have had many collecting interests, my main interests are currently Lanarkshire Postal History, Machine Cancellations of Scotland and Jamaican Postmarks.
