Having been a collector since I was a little kid in the late 70s, I set the hobby aside in the mid 1990s, then lost almost all of my large US postage and revenue collection in a 1997 move. Taking the hobby back up in Sept. 2007, I'm trying to build a collection of US used postage and postal stamps as well as of Federal and State revenues. Seeking current issue State and municipal revenues (cigarettes, etc.) to build a current-issue State collection. Would love to hear from anyone with current State and/or local cigarette tax stamps or other State/local revenues...don't throw away those empty cig. packs until you've cut the stamp off!!
