- ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the all other foreign countries, who are 18 years of age or older at the date of entry (excluding any jurisdiction where participation would be unlawful) and who have registered for a free account on our website and have an active email address. Owners and employees of StampWants, Inc. and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law and where state and/or local regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met.
- HOW TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY: Beginning 12:00 p.m. EDT on June 15, 2008, visit our website and follow the instructions presented on screen to enter into the grand prize drawing. Entrants are allowed to enter once per day. Entries must be received by the closing date as posted per each grand prize item. Limit one entry per person, email address, StampWants Account and/or IP address per day, per main site (currently StampWants.com and CoinWants.com). If more than one entry is received per day from the same entrant only the first entry will be eligible. A day is defined from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
- SELECTION OF WINNING ENTRY: We will announce the winning entry by the end of the month, or as otherwise stated, which will be randomly chosen from all eligible entries by an independent party or a random computer algorithm. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. In the event that a Canadian entrant (or any other entrant where it may be required by law) is selected in any drawing he/she will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind a time limited mathematical skill testing question, which will be administered by mail or telephone. In the event that he/she is unable to correctly answer the question, an alternate winner will be selected. The winner consents to the use of his/her name/likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. The selected winner must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity and W9 within ten (10) days of notification. Failure to return said forms within the time frame, or return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
- GENERAL RULES: StampWants.com, Inc.’s decisions are final and non-contestable on all matters relating to this giveaway. The grand prize for each main site is indicated on said main site (currently StampWants.com and CoinWants.com). No transfer of prize by winner is allowed. No substitutions or cash redemption of prize is permitted. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. StampWants.com, Inc. is not responsible for any entries which are not deemed eligible or can not be completed due to any reason, including but not limited to human or technical error, inaccurate or incomplete information, failure to properly complete the entry form and not being able to access the entry form online. Each entrant must create a free account on our website to be eligible to win the grand prize. Each person must only use one account to enter into the prize drawings. At StampWants.com, Inc.’s sole discretion if we believe a person has created more than one account, or facilitated the use of more than one account in anyway to increase their chances of winning, all of their entries will be made void. Every entry into the prize drawing must be made manually by the individual entering the drawing. The use of computer software or any other method to automatically enter the drawing is strictly prohibited. At StampWants.com, Inc.’s sole discretion if a person is found to have done so all his/her entries will be made void. Any attempt to undermine the integrity of this giveaway is a violation of civil and criminal law, and should such an attempt be made, StampWants.com, Inc. reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. Entrants agree to release StampWants.com, Inc. and all owners and employees from any harm, liability and damages. The promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants in the giveaway hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of New Jersey courts (state and federal) in Gloucester County for any matter arising from or pertaining to this giveaway. Each entrant waives any and all objectives to jurisdiction and venue in these courts. Entry into the giveaway is acceptance of these terms and conditions. StampWants.com, Inc. and any and all other sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in any material, announcements or logistics of this giveaway.
