With last week's launch of the all New StampWants.com - members have been enjoying all of our new and exciting features. From being able to find what you want faster than ever using our new browsing and searching tools to instantly knowing when you are outbid with our new notifications area - there is something for everyone, both buyers and sellers to enjoy. New member retention has also improved as new members can more easily navigate our website and find our new color scheme to be more welcoming and inviting. While improving new member retention is certainly a high priority, our existing members are certainly our highest priority. So, as one of our current members we want to ensure that you are having the best experience possible on our website. We've set up a help page to highlight any differences between our old site and our new one. Found at the top of our main home page just click on "Welcome to the NEW StampWants! More Info...." However, if you are having any difficulty at all, whether it be a technical issue or you're just not sure how to do something, please don't hesitate to contact us – we'll be happy to help and answer your questions. Just click on the "contact us" link found at the top of any page on our website in our main header. 3) Additional Shipping Discount Settings Coming Soon As sellers begin offering more than just stamps, it's become apparent that offering a set shipping rate, and then, for example, 10 cents per each additional item doesn't exactly work when you're selling both stamps and model cars. Currently sellers can set individual items to be excluded from their shipping discounts. However, this doesn't allow a seller to offer a discounted rate on multiple purchases for non-stamp items. So, as a result we're working on implementing new settings for the shipping discount feature. Soon sellers will be able to set different discounted rates for different types of items based on what category the item is listed in.
