It all started three years ago, when StampWants started giving away 4 items for free each month. Any member could win these items, and could enter once a day. Within just a month or two of our Monthly Giveaway program sellers started asking if they could sponsor items. We quickly updated our Monthly Giveaway program and allowed sellers to sponsor items, and gave them credit on the Monthly Giveaway page, and showed some of their current items for sale. Buyers were happy, and sellers were happy because they were given more exposure, and their sales increased.

Lately, we’ve had more and more sellers looking to sponsor items, and many of them have needed to wait because only 4 spots were available each month. Now however, there’s no need to wait, and there’s no limit to how many items can be given away! For buyers this means more items to win, and for sellers this means more chances to get exposure for themselves and the items they are selling.

If you’re a seller, or a buyer and you’d like to sponsor an item for our giveaway simply visit the Giveaway page and click on the appropriate link at the top of the page (or just click here). You can instantly add an item to our Monthly Giveaway. As opposed to previously when giveaway items were only added on the first of the month, giveaway items can now be added at any time, and will run for exactly 30 days. Any member can sponsor a giveaway item as long as it meets the requirements specified on the giveaway page, and each member can have at most one open item.
